電感耦合等離子體質(zhì)譜法在食品檢測(cè)中的應(yīng)用研究進(jìn)展
摘 要:本文簡(jiǎn)要概括電感耦合等離子體質(zhì)譜法(Inductively Coupled Plasma - Mass Spectrometry,ICP-MS)的原理,系統(tǒng)闡述ICP-MS在食品檢測(cè)中的多方面應(yīng)用,分析其在實(shí)際應(yīng)用中存在的不足,并展望其未來(lái)應(yīng)用的改進(jìn)方向,為確保食品質(zhì)量與安全提供技術(shù)支撐。

Research Progress in the Application of Inductively Coupled Plasma - Mass Spectrometry in Food Detection

Abstract: This paper briefly summarizes the principles of inductively coupled plasma-mass spectrometry (ICP-MS), systematically describes the various applications of ICP-MS in food detection, analyzes its shortcomings in practical application, and looks forward to the improvement direction of its future application, so as to provide technical support for ensuring food quality and safety.
