食品農(nóng)殘檢測精準(zhǔn)性的影響因素與提升措施

摘 要：本文深入分析影響食品農(nóng)殘檢測精準(zhǔn)性的多種因素，如檢測樣本前處理環(huán)節(jié)、檢測技術(shù)和設(shè)備選用、檢測人員專業(yè)能力及檢測環(huán)境條件等，同時提出優(yōu)化樣本前處理流程、科學(xué)選用適配的檢測技術(shù)與設(shè)備、構(gòu)建完善的檢測人員培訓(xùn)體系以及嚴(yán)格監(jiān)控檢測環(huán)境等措施，提升食品農(nóng)殘檢測的精準(zhǔn)性。

Influencing Factors and Improving Measures for the Precision of Food Pesticide Residue Detection

Abstract： In this paper， multiple factors affecting the precision of food pesticide residue detection are analyzed in depth， such as the sample pretreatment， the selection of testing technology and equipment， the professional ability of testing personnel and the testing environmental conditions. At the same time， it is proposed to optimize the sample pretreatment process， scientifically select appropriate testing technology and equipment， build a perfect training system for testing personnel， and strictly monitor the testing environment， so as to improve the accuracy of food residue detection.
