食品微生物檢測關(guān)鍵環(huán)節(jié)控制策略研究
摘 要:本文分析了食品微生物檢測過程中樣品采集、運輸與保存、檢測方法選擇、檢測環(huán)境控制以及檢測具體操作等關(guān)鍵環(huán)節(jié)存在的問題,提出了制訂科學(xué)的采樣計劃、優(yōu)化運輸保存條件、合理選擇檢測方法、加強環(huán)境控制和規(guī)范操作流程等質(zhì)量控制策略,以期能夠保障食品微生物檢測工作的高質(zhì)量開展。

Research on the Control Strategy of Key Links in Food Microbial Detection

Abstract: This paper analyzes the problems existing in the key links of sample collection, transportation and preservation, selection of testing methods, detection environment control and specific testing operations in the process of food microbial testing, and puts forward quality control strategies such as formulating scientific sampling plans, optimizing transportation and storage conditions, reasonably selecting testing methods, strengthening environmental control and standardizing operation procedures, so as to ensure the high-quality development of food microbial testing.
