Research on the Internal Quality Control System of Food Inspection and Testing Laboratories

Abstract: This paper focuses on food inspection and testing laboratories, and explores in depth the internal quality control system. Elaborate on the system architecture and key control elements, emphasizing the evaluation and improvement through the implementation of scientific and effective strategies, as well as the use of external cooperation and communication, such as participating in capacity verification, paying attention to industry trends, etc., to improve the system, aiming to enhance the quality control level of the laboratory and ensure the accuracy and reliability of food inspection and testing results.
