摘 要：本文聚焦食品檢驗(yàn)檢測(cè)實(shí)驗(yàn)室，深入探討內(nèi)部質(zhì)量控制體系。闡述該體系架構(gòu)與關(guān)鍵控制要素，強(qiáng)調(diào)通過(guò)實(shí)施科學(xué)有效的策略進(jìn)行評(píng)估改進(jìn)，以及借助外部合作交流，如參與能力驗(yàn)證、關(guān)注行業(yè)動(dòng)態(tài)等完善體系，旨在提升實(shí)驗(yàn)室質(zhì)量控制水平，保障食品檢驗(yàn)檢測(cè)結(jié)果的準(zhǔn)確可靠。

Research on the Internal Quality Control System of Food Inspection and Testing Laboratories

Abstract： This paper focuses on food inspection and testing laboratories， and explores in depth the internal quality control system. Elaborate on the system architecture and key control elements， emphasizing the evaluation and improvement through the implementation of scientific and effective strategies， as well as the use of external cooperation and communication， such as participating in capacity verification， paying attention to industry trends， etc.， to improve the system， aiming to enhance the quality control level of the laboratory and ensure the accuracy and reliability of food inspection and testing results.
