水果蔬菜中有機磷農(nóng)藥殘留的檢測方法研究
摘 要:有機磷農(nóng)藥在果蔬生產(chǎn)中的廣泛使用引發(fā)了嚴(yán)重的食品安全問題。本文全面綜述了水果蔬菜中常見的有機磷農(nóng)藥種類及其危害,重點介紹了4種主要檢測方法,即氣相色譜-火焰光度檢測法、液相色譜-串聯(lián)質(zhì)譜法、酶抑制法和毛細管電泳法。通過對比論述分析各種方法的特點,為相關(guān)檢測工作提供理論參考。

Study on the Detection Methods of Organophosphorus Pesticide Residues in Fruits and Vegetables

Abstract: The widespread use of organophosphorus pesticides in fruit and vegetable production has caused serious food safety issues. This article comprehensively reviews the common types and hazards of organophosphorus pesticides in fruits and vegetables, with a focus on four main detection methods: gas chromatography flame photometric detection, liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry, enzyme inhibition, and capillary electrophoresis. By comparing and analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of various methods, theoretical references are provided for related detection work.
