牛奶中大腸桿菌檢測方法探究
摘 要:大腸桿菌是牛奶檢測的重要指標(biāo)之一,對其進(jìn)行檢測顯得尤為重要。為進(jìn)一步優(yōu)化牛奶中大腸桿菌檢測方法,本文分析了牛奶中大腸桿菌污染的危害,探討了牛奶中大腸桿菌的檢測方法,以期對牛奶中大腸桿菌檢測技術(shù)的推廣應(yīng)用提供借鑒。

Exploration on the Detection Methods of Escherichia coli in Milk

Abstract: Escherichia coli is one of the important indicators for milk testing, and its detection is particularly important. To further optimize the detection method of Escherichia coli in milk, this article analyzes the hazards of Escherichia coli contamination in milk and explores the detection methods of Escherichia coli in milk, in order to provide reference for the promotion and application of Escherichia coli detection technology in milk.
