食品安全監(jiān)督抽樣質(zhì)量的影響因素及提高對(duì)策
摘 要:為解決食品安全監(jiān)督抽樣質(zhì)量問(wèn)題,提高抽檢結(jié)果的真實(shí)性、可靠性,充分發(fā)揮食品安全監(jiān)管的作用,保障民眾的飲食安全,本文介紹食品安全監(jiān)督抽樣實(shí)施流程及取得的成果,分析抽樣質(zhì)量的影響因素,包括抽檢計(jì)劃、抽檢頻次、抽樣人員、抽樣對(duì)象、樣本運(yùn)輸和抽樣過(guò)程控制等,并闡述提高抽樣質(zhì)量的對(duì)策。

Influencing Factors and Improving Countermeasures of Sampling Quality of Food Safety Supervision

Abstract: In order to solve the problem of sampling quality of food safety supervision, improve the authenticity and reliability of sampling inspection results, give full play to the role of food safety supervision, and ensure the food safety of the public, this paper first introduces the implementation process of sampling of food safety supervision, then analyzes the influencing factors of sampling quality, including sampling plan, sampling frequency, sampling personnel, sampling objects, sample transportation and sampling process control, finally expounds the countermeasures for improving the sampling quality.
