食品智能包裝膜的研究進(jìn)展
摘 要:本文綜述了食品智能包裝膜的研究進(jìn)展,重點(diǎn)總結(jié)了其在肉制品保鮮、水產(chǎn)品保鮮、抗菌、防氧化、智能顯色、pH敏感方面的研究。目前,食品智能包裝膜的研究主要集中在功能性方面,而對(duì)安全性的研究還不夠充分,食品智能包裝膜仍有很大的發(fā)展空間。

Research Progress of Intelligent Packaging Membrane for Food

Abstract: This paper reviews the research progress of food intelligent packaging film, focusing on its application in meat product preservation, aquatic product preservation, antibacterial, anti-oxidation, intelligent color development and pH sensitivity. At present, the research of food intelligent packaging film mainly focuses on functional aspects, but the research on safety is not enough, and there is still a lot of room for development of food intelligent packaging film.
