關(guān)于食品安全風(fēng)險(xiǎn)監(jiān)測(cè)問題與解決策略探討
摘 要:當(dāng)前,我國食品安全監(jiān)測(cè)工作尚存在諸多問題,如食品加工企業(yè)未依照行業(yè)要求控制食品添加劑使用量,防腐劑使用超標(biāo)情況嚴(yán)重,或存在加工原料以次充好的情況,嚴(yán)重影響了消費(fèi)者的身心健康,因此需要各方通力合作,重點(diǎn)解決。本文將結(jié)合當(dāng)前食品安全風(fēng)險(xiǎn)監(jiān)測(cè)存在的問題,討論食品安全風(fēng)險(xiǎn)監(jiān)測(cè)問題解決策略。

Discussion on Food Safety Risk Monitoring Issues and Solutions

Abstract: At present, there are still many problems in China’s food safety monitoring work, such as food processing enterprises do not control the amount of food additives in accordance with the requirements of the industry, the use of preservatives is serious, or the existence of shoddy processing raw materials, which seriously affects the physical and mental health of consumers, so all parties need to cooperate and focus on solving. This paper will combine the existing problems of food safety risk monitoring, discuss the problem solving strategy of food safety risk monitoring.
