——以河南農(nóng)村地區(qū)為例

摘 要：本文探討了在全面推進(jìn)鄉(xiāng)村振興的背景下，農(nóng)村傳統(tǒng)流動(dòng)家宴發(fā)展存在的問(wèn)題及原因，并針對(duì)性地提出了解決措施，為進(jìn)一步守護(hù)鄉(xiāng)村集體餐桌安全，拓寬鄉(xiāng)村產(chǎn)業(yè)渠道，助力鄉(xiāng)村振興提供理論參考。

Thinking on the New Development Path of Rural Traditional Mobile Family Banquet Under the Background of Rural Revitalization

—Taking the Rural Areas in Henan Province as an Example

Abstract： This paper discusses the problems and reasons of the development of rural traditional mobile family banquet under the background of comprehensively promoting rural revitalization， and puts forward targeted solutions to provide theoretical reference for further protecting the safety of rural collective table， broadening the channels of rural industry and helping rural revitalization.

農(nóng)村流動(dòng)家宴是農(nóng)村地區(qū)遇到生子、嫁娶、祝壽及喪禮等重要活動(dòng)時(shí)用來(lái)招待賓客的酒席，因其從廚人員能夠自由流動(dòng)而提供上門(mén)服務(wù)，通常被稱為流動(dòng)宴席（家宴）[1]。（剩余4117字）
