食品標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和檢驗(yàn)檢測(cè)體系建設(shè)應(yīng)用探析
摘 要:食品安全關(guān)乎公眾生命健康、國(guó)家經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展和社會(huì)穩(wěn)定,建立健全的食品標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和檢驗(yàn)檢測(cè)體系是確保食品安全的基礎(chǔ)??茖W(xué)合理的食品安全標(biāo)準(zhǔn)是對(duì)食品質(zhì)量進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià)和監(jiān)管的基礎(chǔ),健全的檢驗(yàn)檢測(cè)體系則是保證標(biāo)準(zhǔn)執(zhí)行的關(guān)鍵,通過(guò)嚴(yán)格的檢測(cè)程序和技術(shù)手段,可及時(shí)發(fā)現(xiàn)和排除不合格食品,最大限度地保障公眾健康。

Analysis on the Construction and Application of Food Standard and Inspection System

Abstract: Food safety is a matter of public life and health, national economic development and social stability, and the establishment of sound food standards and inspection and testing systems is the basis for ensuring food safety. Scientific and reasonable food safety standards are the basis for evaluating and regulating food quality, and a sound inspection and testing system is the key to ensuring the implementation of standards; through strict testing procedures and technical means, substandard food can be detected and eliminated in a timely manner, thus maximizing the protection of public health.
