農(nóng)藥殘留檢測(cè)技術(shù)在食品質(zhì)量檢驗(yàn)中的應(yīng)用

摘 要：在食品安全檢測(cè)中，農(nóng)藥殘留檢測(cè)是衡量食品安全性的手段之一。近年來(lái)，全球食品供應(yīng)鏈日益復(fù)雜，為全面提高基層食品監(jiān)管效率、強(qiáng)化食品安全防線，本文分析農(nóng)藥殘留檢測(cè)技術(shù)在食品質(zhì)量檢驗(yàn)中的應(yīng)用價(jià)值，并提出相關(guān)技術(shù)的推廣策略，以供參考。

Abstract： Pesticide residue detection is one of the means to measure food safety in food safety testing. In recent years， the global food supply chain has become increasingly complex. In order to comprehensively improve the efficiency of grassroots food supervision and strengthen food safety defenses， this article analyzes the application value of pesticide residue detection technology in food quality inspection， and proposes promotion strategies for related technologies for reference.
