摘 要:蠟樣芽胞桿菌是引起食源性疾病群體事件的一種主要致病菌,其產(chǎn)生的毒素會(huì)引起嘔吐或腹瀉。本文對(duì)比分析國(guó)內(nèi)外蠟樣芽胞桿菌檢測(cè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn),以期為我國(guó)蠟樣芽胞桿菌檢測(cè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)體系進(jìn)一步發(fā)展提供參考。

Comparative Analysis of Domestic and Foreign Testing Standards for Bacillus cereus

Abstract: Bacillus cereus is a major pathogen causing foodborne illness in mass incidents, producing toxins that can cause vomiting or diarrhoea. In this paper, the detection standards of Bacillus cereus at home and abroad were compared and analyzed, in order to provide a reference for the further development of the detection standard system of Bacillus cereus in China.
