食品檢驗(yàn)檢測(cè)中的殘留農(nóng)藥快速檢測(cè)方法研究

摘 要：食品安全問(wèn)題一直是社會(huì)關(guān)注的焦點(diǎn)，其中殘留農(nóng)藥的檢測(cè)尤為重要。傳統(tǒng)的殘留農(nóng)藥檢測(cè)方法存在耗時(shí)長(zhǎng)、操作復(fù)雜等缺點(diǎn)，難以滿足食品安全監(jiān)管的需求。本文綜述食品檢驗(yàn)檢測(cè)中殘留農(nóng)藥快速檢測(cè)方法的研究進(jìn)展，重點(diǎn)介紹基于免疫分析技術(shù)、光學(xué)檢測(cè)技術(shù)和色譜-質(zhì)譜技術(shù)的快速檢測(cè)方法。

Research on Rapid Detection Methods for Residual Pesticides in Food Inspection and Testing

Abstract： Food safety issues have always been a focus of social concern， among which the detection of residual pesticides is particularly important. The traditional residual pesticide detection methods have drawbacks such as long time consumption and complex operation， which are difficult to meet the needs of food safety supervision. This article reviews the research progress of rapid detection methods for residual pesticides in food inspection and detection， with a focus on rapid detection methods based on immunoassay technology， optical detection technology， and chromatography-mass spectrometry technology.
