原子熒光法測定小麥食品中汞含量

摘 要:本文建立原子熒光法測定小麥食品中汞含量的方法。結(jié)果表明,該方法的相關(guān)系數(shù)(R2)為0.998 648,檢出限為2.00 μg·kg-1,加標回收率在97.33%~103.33%,相對標準偏差低于4.00%。該方法的測定結(jié)果較為準確且穩(wěn)定,可應(yīng)用于食品中汞含量的檢測。

Determination of Mercury in Wheat Food by Atomic Fluorescence Method

Abstract: A method for the determination of mercury in wheat food by atomic fluorescence spectrometry was developed. The results showed that the correlation coefficient (R2) of the method was 0.998 648, the detection limit was 2.00 μg·kg-1, the recoveries were 97.33% to 103.33%, and the RSD value was lower than 4.00%. The results of this method are accurate and stable, and can be applied to the detection of mercury content in food.
