短跑運動員合理膳食營養(yǎng)研究
摘 要:短跑運動作為一項考驗運動員爆發(fā)力和速度的無氧運動,不僅要求運動員具備良好的技戰(zhàn)術(shù)水平,還需要具備良好的體能素質(zhì)。科學(xué)合理的膳食營養(yǎng)對于短跑運動員的身體健康以及訓(xùn)練競賽至關(guān)重要。本文基于短跑運動員的基本特點,分析其訓(xùn)練競賽過程中的能量代謝需求,針對性地為短跑運動員提出了合理膳食的建議。

Study on the Reasonable Dietary Nutrition for Sprinters

Abstract: As an anaerobic sport that tests the explosive power and speed of athletes, sprinting not only requires athletes to have good technical and tactical skills, but also requires good physical fitness. Scientific and reasonable dietary nutrition is crucial for the physical health and training competition of sprinters. This article is based on the basic characteristics of sprinters, analyzes their energy metabolism needs during training and competition, and puts forward targeted suggestions for sprinters on a reasonable diet.
