徐州市食品加工業(yè)在鄉(xiāng)村振興過程中發(fā)揮作用的途徑分析

摘 要：江蘇省徐州市食品加工行業(yè)發(fā)展基礎(chǔ)較好，要想在鄉(xiāng)村振興過程中充分發(fā)揮其優(yōu)勢，需要做到鼓勵(lì)精深加工，開發(fā)特色產(chǎn)品；推進(jìn)企業(yè)集群化發(fā)展，發(fā)揮集群效應(yīng)；推動(dòng)營商環(huán)節(jié)網(wǎng)絡(luò)化；加強(qiáng)品牌建設(shè)；鼓勵(lì)食品加工企業(yè)與科研單位加強(qiáng)合作；打造從種植養(yǎng)殖、加工到銷售的食品全產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈體系等。

Abstract： The food processing industry in Xuzhou City， Jiangsu province has a good foundation for development. In order to give full play to its advantages in the process of rural revitalization， it is necessary to encourage deep processing and create characteristic products， promote the cluster development of enterprises and play the cluster effect， promote the networking of business links， strengthen brand building， strengthen cooperation between food processing enterprises and scientific research units， build a complete food industry chain system from planting， breeding， processing to sales.
