Abstract：Theideologicalandpolicalcourseconstructionofinformationretrievalandscientificpaperwritingisofgreat necesitytorealizethegoalofideologicalandpoliticaleducationforpostgraduatesandtocarryoutthefundamentaltaskof cultivatingmoraltyandpeopleinuniversities.Itaimstocultivatestudentsliteratureretrievalandinformationabilityuderthe paterof"bigideologicalandpolitcaleducation"，andstrengthentheeducationofinformationethics，ideologyandmoralitynd informationliteracy.Basedonthecurentsituationandproblemsofideologicalandpoliticalteachingofthiscourse，theauthor formulatedthebjectivesofideologicalandpliticalteaching，reconstructedtheteachingcontent，optimizedtheteachingdesign， andexploredtheefectivepathofintegratingideologicalandpoliticalelementsintothecourseteachingprocess.Theideological andpoliticaleducationpathandimplementationmethodsofthiscourseforpostgraduatesinlocalappieduniversitieshasben exploredandformed.Itrealizestheintegrationofknowledgeimpartingandvalueguidance，andenhancesthelearning effectivenessforstudents.Italsoprovidesreferencefortheideologicalandpoliticalconstructionofinformationretrievaland scientific paper writing for postgraduates in the field of biology.
