Abstract：Intheperspectiveoftheintegrationofindustryandeducation，buildingentrepreneurialgovernancemodewasnot onlyawayofadaptingtotheexternalenvironment，butalsoaresultofusingtheexternalenvironmentforlocalDoubleFirstcla"constructioversit.Astotealtreprenialoveanedcadeicstsdmstratieistsd entrepreneurialinstiutionsoflocalDoubleFirst-class’constructionuniversitieswerenotonlytocoordinatewitheachotherbut alsotocheckandbalancewitheachother.Inpartcular，theintegrationofindustryandeducationwastooperateinanorderly mannertroughtheestablishmentofentrepreneurialinstiutionsandtheimprovementofentrepreneurialsystems.Atthesametime atentionhouldbepaidtotheharmoniousunificationofentrepreneurialculture，organizationalcultureandacademicculture.

人們對(duì)大學(xué)治理模式的認(rèn)識(shí)在不斷發(fā)展和深化，并不存在一種萬能的、完美的、沒有爭議的大學(xué)治理模式，只能通過強(qiáng)調(diào)治理結(jié)構(gòu)、治理過程和治理文化各方面的整體優(yōu)化發(fā)展，以求在此基礎(chǔ)上形成一種比較持續(xù)穩(wěn)定的范式。（剩余6792字）
