Abstract：Asanimportantcombinationoftechnologyastheprimaryproductiveforce，talentastheprimaryresource，and inovationastheprimarydrivingforce，highereducationinstitutionsmusttaketheleadincultivatinghigh-qualitytalentsand acceleratetheconstructionofatalenttrainingsystemthatismoreinlinewiththe"dualcarbon"strategicgoals.Thisarticle focusesonanalyzingthetalentcultivationgoalsofbusinessmanagementunderthebackgroundof"dualcarbon"，exploringthe integrationofgreenandlow-carbonconceptsintotheteachingsystemofbusinessmanagementmajors，andanalyzingthseries ofreformpracticesincuriculumsystem，teachingcontent，teachingmode，etc.，toachievethetalentculivationofbusiness management majors under the "dual carbon" goal，which has practical research significance.
