Abstract：Theconstructionof"doublefirst-class"iscloselyrelatedtothedevelopmentofcollegesanduniversitieswith nationaldefensecharacteristics.Collgesanduniversieswithnationaldefensecharacteristicsshoulddeeplyunderstandthe spiritualessenceof"doublefirst-class"constructiontoservetheurgentneedsofthecountryandadheretothefirst-class characteristics，summarizeandanalyzethepracticeandtypicalexperienceofcultivating high-quaitynationaldefensesciencend technologytalents，optimizeandupradethelayoutofdisciplinesandspecialties，strengthenthecultivationofscarcetalents， deepentheintegrationofproductionandeducation，focusontheimprovementoftalentcultivationquality，andcontinuously enhance their ability to serve the national economic developmentand industrial transformation and upgrading.
