Abstract：Inviewofthecurentsituationofthepracticalteachingsystemincivilenginering，thispaperanalyzesthe problemsandcausesofpracticalteaching，andputsforwardthecountermeasurestosolvetheproblems tobuilda multidisciplinary "Civil Engineering + "engineering practical teaching system.From the multi-dimensions ofinterdisciplinary cooperationplatform，hierarchicalinnovationtraining，optimizationofteachingstaffstrengtheningofsoftwareandhardware resources，andcompetition-driventeaching，theteachingcontentandmultidisciplinarycross-advantageplatformwereoptimized andintegrated，andtheoperationguaranteemechanismandscientificevaluationsystemofpracticalteachingsystemunder "mulidisciplinaryco-ntegration"werestablishd.inalltheexplorationandpacticeofpracticaleacingsystemudrthe conceptof "multidisciplinaryintegration"ofcivilengineeringspecialtyinJilinJianzhu Universitywereempiricallanalyzed.The research shows that the construction of a multi-integrated "Civil Engineering + "innovative practice teaching system isvery importantforcultivatingcivilengineering talentstomeettheneedsoftheneweraandcanprovidestrongsuportforthe continuous innovation and development of civil engineering.
