應(yīng)用型高?！半p師型”師資培養(yǎng)現(xiàn)狀及具體路徑

Abstract：Thecultivationof talents inuniversitiesshouldfocusontheconstructionoftheteachingstaffbecausetheability ofteachersisthefoundationofeducation，andthequalityofteachersistheguaranteeofeducation.Nowadays，China's universitiesaredevelopingrapidly，withthescaleofeducationgraduallyexpanding，providingsocietywithagroupofhighly qualfedandcapablecompoundandapliedtalentsthatareinlinewiththedevelopmentofChina’smarketeconomy.However， inthisprocess，someshortcomingshavealsobnrevealed，suchasutdatedscholinfrastructureandtheinabilityofthe"dual teacher"teachingstafftometteachingneeds，whicharealsoimportantissesfacedbyapplieduniversities.Thisarticleanalyzes thecurrentsituationof"dualteacher"teachertraininginapplieduniversities，elaboratesonthepracticaldificultiesandreasons forthetrainingofdualteacherteachersinapplieduniversities，andfinallyproposesinnovativetalenttrainingmodels， strengtheningtheconstructionof"dualteacher"teacherteams，andincreasingfundingthroughmultiplechanelsandperspectives toexploresolutionstotheproblemsoftalenttraininggoalsdeviatingfromsocialneedsandteacherteachingtheoryandpractice bias in the construction of dual teacher teams.
