應(yīng)用型高?!半p師型”師資培養(yǎng)現(xiàn)狀及具體路徑

Abstract:Thecultivationof talents inuniversitiesshouldfocusontheconstructionoftheteachingstaffbecausetheability ofteachersisthefoundationofeducation,andthequalityofteachersistheguaranteeofeducation.Nowadays,China's universitiesaredevelopingrapidly,withthescaleofeducationgraduallyexpanding,providingsocietywithagroupofhighly qualfedandcapablecompoundandapliedtalentsthatareinlinewiththedevelopmentofChina’smarketeconomy.However, inthisprocess,someshortcomingshavealsobnrevealed,suchasutdatedscholinfrastructureandtheinabilityofthe"dual teacher"teachingstafftometteachingneeds,whicharealsoimportantissesfacedbyapplieduniversities.Thisarticleanalyzes thecurrentsituationof"dualteacher"teachertraininginapplieduniversities,elaboratesonthepracticaldificultiesandreasons forthetrainingofdualteacherteachersinapplieduniversities,andfinallyproposesinnovativetalenttrainingmodels, strengtheningtheconstructionof"dualteacher"teacherteams,andincreasingfundingthroughmultiplechanelsandperspectives toexploresolutionstotheproblemsoftalenttraininggoalsdeviatingfromsocialneedsandteacherteachingtheoryandpractice bias in the construction of dual teacher teams.
