Abstract：Newqualityproductiveforceswasputforwardinthecontextofacceleratingtheevolutionofthegreatchanges unseenintheworldinacenturyandthegreatrejuvenationoftheChinesenationenteringacriticalperiod.Inthefinal analysis，thedevelopmentofnewqualtyproductiveforcesdependsontalents，whichnotonlyneedsacademictalentswith originaltechnologicalinnovationandmajorscienticandtechnologicalbreakthroughs，butalsonedsalargenumberof application-orientedtalentswhocanmasterandusenewqualitymeansofproduction.However，atpresent，thereisstilla phenomenoninthetrainingofappliedtalentsincolegesanduniversitiesinChina，whichresultsinalowmatchingdegree betweenthetrainingqualityofapliedtalentsandthenedsofenterprisesandindustries.Becauseofthisphenomenon，onthe basisofanalyzingtheconotationofthenewqualityproductiveforces，thevalueofthetimes，andthestrategicsignfcanceof applied talentstothedevelopmentofthenewqualityproductiveforces，thispaperproposesthatcollgesanduniversitiesneedto optimizethetalenttrainingmodethroughreshapingthetalenttrainingprogram，buildingtheapliedteacherteam，lecture-based instruction，ajustingthuculumstructueandoon.Thaiistoimproveteinterdisipliaryprofessoalbiliteatie ability，cross-borderintegrationabilityandsystematicthinkingabilityofappliedtalents，andenablethedevelopmentofnew quality productive forces.
