Abstract：Withthedevelopmentoftheglobaleconomyandtheprogressofscienceandtechnology，theminingindustry facesunprecedentedchalengesandopportunities.Toadapttothischange，itiscrucialtocultivatefutureleadersinthemining industrywithaninterationalvision，aninovativespiritandleadershipability.Thepurposeofthispaperistodiscusshowto buildanewmodelforcultivating leadersintheminingindustrythroughtop-leveldesign.Thismodelaimstosolvetheproblems oftraditionalteachingtechnologyandmethods，obsoleteteachingcontent，alackofqualityteachingresources，insuficientstudents‘inovatieonousessdabilitsuentintegatioofidustrynducationdweakintetioalossulal communicationabilityandleadershipabiltyPracticehasprovedthatthismodelnotonlyimprovesthecomprehensiveabilityof students，butalso provides high-quality talents support for the sustainable development of the mining industry.
