Abstract:Withthedevelopmentoftheglobaleconomyandtheprogressofscienceandtechnology,theminingindustry facesunprecedentedchalengesandopportunities.Toadapttothischange,itiscrucialtocultivatefutureleadersinthemining industrywithaninterationalvision,aninovativespiritandleadershipability.Thepurposeofthispaperistodiscusshowto buildanewmodelforcultivating leadersintheminingindustrythroughtop-leveldesign.Thismodelaimstosolvetheproblems oftraditionalteachingtechnologyandmethods,obsoleteteachingcontent,alackofqualityteachingresources,insuficientstudents‘inovatieonousessdabilitsuentintegatioofidustrynducationdweakintetioalossulal communicationabilityandleadershipabiltyPracticehasprovedthatthismodelnotonlyimprovesthecomprehensiveabilityof students,butalso provides high-quality talents support for the sustainable development of the mining industry.
