Abstract：Underthebackgroundofnewengineringconstruction，theinterdisciplinarydevelopmentofnewenergymaterials anddeviceshasusheredinnewopportunitiesandchalenges，andalsoputforwardnewrequirementsforpersonneltraining system，curculumintegrationsystemanddisciplineplatformconstruction.BasedonthebackgroundofNewengieering construction，thedificultiesandshortcomingsofcurrntinterdisciplinaryconstructionwereanalyzedindetailinthispaperand theinterdisciplinaryconstructioniscariedoutfromthemacromesoandmicrolevels，focusingonmultipledimensionssuchas disciplinepositioningandplaning，disciplineteamconstruction，anddisciplineresourceconstruction，aimingatcultivating compositeapplied talents specializing innew energy materialsand deviceswith multi-disciplinary knowledge.
