Abstract：BaijiuindustryisapilarindustryinGuizhouProvine，andalsoacharacteristicadvantageindustry.Thegreen andhighqualitydevelopmentofBaijiuindustryurgentlyneedsalargenumberofresourceandenvironmentalapliedtalentswith "excelentcomprehensivequalitystrongpracticalabitiginnovationlevelandstrongsocialserviceability"Theitegation ofschoolandenterprisedevelopmentisthekeytosolvethisdemand.Inviewoftheproblemssuchasthemismatchbetween talentcultivationandtalentdemandofBaijiuindustry，thegapbetweenthecuriculumstructureandtheactualproduction，and thelackofstudentqualitytoeetthejobrequirements，theteachingteamfocusedontheintegrateddevelopmentofscholsand enterprises， built an education mechanism of "industry leading + enterprise running+school enterprise integration"，created a "four new"currculumsystemtolinkthehigh-quaitydevelopmentoftheindustryandexploreda"fourround"talentcultivation strategydrivenbyprofesionalqualityThisstudyconstructsascientificandreasonableapliedtalenttrainingmodel，providing reference for talent training in local industrial development and school enterprise integration.
