摘 要：本文綜述了藍(lán)莓的營(yíng)養(yǎng)成分及其保健功能的研究進(jìn)展，為今后藍(lán)莓有效成分的提取及相關(guān)產(chǎn)品的開(kāi)發(fā)提供一定的指導(dǎo)與借鑒。
