摘 要:食用植物油在我國(guó)食品工業(yè)與個(gè)人家庭中具有重要應(yīng)用價(jià)值,為確保產(chǎn)品能夠符合安全標(biāo)準(zhǔn),應(yīng)當(dāng)重視油脂品質(zhì)測(cè)定工作,明確相關(guān)質(zhì)量控制方式,及時(shí)發(fā)現(xiàn)存在問(wèn)題的產(chǎn)品。本文主要針對(duì)食用植物油脂品質(zhì)測(cè)定工作以及質(zhì)量控制方式進(jìn)行深入研究,以供參考。

Quality Determination and Quality Control Suggestions of Edible Vegetable Oil

Abstract: Edible vegetable oil has an important application value in China’s food industry and individual families. In order to ensure that the products can meet the safety standards, we should pay attention to the oil quality measurement work, clarify the relevant quality control methods, and timely find the products with problems. This paper mainly focuses on the determination of quality of edible plant oil and quality control methods for reference.
