對白酒檢驗方法標準的思考
摘 要:隨著白酒產(chǎn)品銷量逐年增加,人們對白酒品質(zhì)有了更多的關(guān)注。對此,我國質(zhì)檢部門針對白酒的檢驗提出了新層次的技術(shù)方法,對白酒質(zhì)量有了更加科學的檢驗標準。本文以汾酒為例,分析白酒檢驗方法的合理選擇,并且提出嚴格的質(zhì)量標準要求,以促進白酒檢驗工作順利開展。

Thoughts on the Standard of Inspection Methods for Baijiu

Abstract: As the sales volume of Baijiu products has increased year by year, and people have paid more attention to the quality of Baijiu. In this regard, China’s quality inspection department has proposed a new level of technical methods for the inspection of Baijiu, and has a more scientific inspection standard for the quality of Baijiu. Taking Fenjiu as an example, this paper analyzes the reasonable selection of Baijiu inspection methods, and puts forward strict quality standard requirements to promote the smooth development of Baijiu inspection work.
