摘 要：長期以來，農(nóng)藥殘留問題在食品安全領(lǐng)域中備受關(guān)注。在解決農(nóng)藥殘留問題上，農(nóng)藥殘留分析檢測(cè)技術(shù)扮演著重要角色，而農(nóng)藥殘留檢測(cè)中樣品前處理技術(shù)是易出現(xiàn)誤差、耗時(shí)最長的步驟。因此，要想提升農(nóng)藥殘留檢測(cè)結(jié)果的精確性與檢測(cè)效率，就需要對(duì)樣品前處理技術(shù)展開研究。

Study on Sample Pretreatment Technology in Determination of Pesticide Residues in Food

Abstract： For a long time， the problem of pesticide residues has attracted much attention in the field of food safety. Pesticide residue analysis and detection technology plays an important role in solving the problem of pesticide residues， and sample pretreatment technology is the most time-consuming and error prone step in pesticide residue detection. Therefore， in order to improve the accuracy and efficiency of pesticide residue detection results， it is necessary to study the sample pretreatment technology.
