茯磚茶中冠突散囊菌的檢測條件研究

摘 要：茯磚茶是陜西地理標(biāo)志產(chǎn)品之一，其中所含的冠突散囊菌是茯磚茶的重要指標(biāo)。本文針對冠突散囊菌的檢測條件進(jìn)行研究，通過取樣方法和拍擊均質(zhì)時(shí)間的對比，發(fā)現(xiàn)中心五點(diǎn)法的取樣方式和60 s的均質(zhì)時(shí)間是較為合適的檢測條件。

Study on the Detection Conditions of Eurotium cristatum in Fuzhuan Tea

Abstract： Fuzhuan tea is a geographical indicator product of Shaanxi province， the Eurotium cristatum in it is an important index of Fuzhuan tea. In this paper， the detection conditions of Eurotium cristatum in Fuzhuan tea were studied. By comparing the sampling method and the homogenization time of the stroke， it was found that the central five-point sampling method and the homogenization time of 60 s were the more suitable detection conditions.

茯磚茶隸屬中國茶葉六大分類中的黑茶，目前盛產(chǎn)于陜西省涇陽縣和湖南省安化縣，其中涇陽是茯磚茶的發(fā)源地，于1368年前后形成定型的涇陽茯磚茶，如今更是陜西涇陽縣的地理標(biāo)志產(chǎn)品[1]。（剩余3312字）
