食品安全監(jiān)管政策執(zhí)行問題研究

摘 要：食品安全關(guān)系著廣大消費(fèi)者的身體健康和生命安全，始終是人們共同關(guān)注的焦點(diǎn)問題。加強(qiáng)對食品安全監(jiān)管政策的落實(shí)依賴于務(wù)實(shí)的政策執(zhí)行，而對政策的具體執(zhí)行則依賴于絕大多數(shù)處于食品安全監(jiān)管一線的基層執(zhí)法人員。本文重點(diǎn)剖析影響基層食品安全監(jiān)管政策執(zhí)行的因素，并對我國基層食品安全監(jiān)管提出合理化建議。

Study on Implementation of Grassroots Food Safety Regulation Policies

Abstract： Food safety is related to the health and life safety of the people. Food safety has always been a focus of common concern throughout the people. Strengthening the implementation of food safety supervision policies depends on pragmatic policy implementation， while the specific implementation of policies depends on the vast majority of grassroots law enforcement personnel in the front line of food safety supervision. This paper focuses on analyzing the factors that affect the implementation of food safety supervision policies at the grassroots level， and puts forward reasonable suggestions for food safety supervision at the grassroots level in China.
