AbstractThe article takes themine heat hazard prevention and control teamas the research object.In response to the problems exposed bythe traditional graduate training mode inthe field of mine heat hazard preventionand control, suchas the disconnectionbetweentheory and practice,single guidance fromsupervisors,insuficient innovationability, and lack of team colaboration training,a"project led,supervisor collaborative" graduate training mode is proposed, andthe construction and practical processof this mode are elaborated in detail.Research has shown thatthis model provides an innovative path for graduate education and has important reference significance for graduate training in the field of safety and other disciplines.
