AbstractGuangxi，asthe front and windowof China's openingupandcooperationtowards ASEAN，aims at strengthening top-level design，improving institutional mechanisms，building an intermational talent training program with ASEAN characteristics，strengtheningtheconstructionofhigh-levelintemational talenttraining teachers for ASEAN，creatinga characteristic brandofhigher vocationaleducationservingthe "the Belt and Road"，and continuously expanding the opening up andcooperationof higher education forASEAN，aiming topromote the international development of higher education in Guangxi and improve the international level of higher education in Guangxi.
