Research on the Integrated Development of Practical Training Bases for Infant Care Major of Vocational Education

AbstractTheintegrateddevelopmentofpractical trainingbases forvocationaleducationisadeepintegrationofidustryand education，whichmeets theneeds ofsocietyandcultivateshgh-qualitytalents inifantcareservicesandmanagement.However， iuessuchastheinsufcientalignmentofmajorconstructionefortswithsocialdemands，therelativelybackwardconstruction of practicaltrainingbases，andthe insufficientlysamlessconnectionofthecurriculumsystemstillexistinthe integrated developmentofpractical trainingbases for infantcare majorinsecondaryandhigher vocationaleducation.Therefore，schools mustproactivelyadapt tosocialneds，atach importance totheconstructionofinfantcaremajor，emphasizetheintegrationof medicalcareandeducationintheconstructionofpracticalraiingbases，andachievetheconvergenceandintegrationofstudent cultivation throughtheoptimizationofthecurrculum.Aditionallyestablishing a "clege-schol-enterprise"copeation model is alsoanefective strategy for promoting resource sharing andcomplementary advantages among the three parties and jointly cultivating high-quality， skilled infant care talents that meet social requirements.
