The Long-term Impact of Family Upbringing on the Mental Health of College Students and Strategies for Repairing Negative Effects

AbstractFamilyupbringing is not onlythe main form of parental guidance on children's emotions,cognition,and behavior,butalsoakeyfactorafecting children's personalitydevelopmentand psychologicalstability.Especiallfor the groupofcollegestudents,thelong-termefectoffamilyupbringing runs throughtheentire processoftheirpsychological development,anditspositiveand negativeeffectsare moreevidentduring theuniversitystage.Thearticledeeplyanalyzes the long-term impact offamily upbringing on the mental healthofcollge students,and proposes repair strategies from theaspects ofparenteducationandtraining,schoolpsychologicalsupport,andsocialresource integration,inorderto build a "family-school-society" three inone support network and provide comprehensive protection forthe mental health of college students.
