摘 要 隨著中國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)的持續(xù)發(fā)展和產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的升級(jí)，社會(huì)對(duì)高素質(zhì)技術(shù)技能人才的需求日益增長(zhǎng)?；诖?，文章探討了基于“崗課賽證”育人模式的高職醫(yī)學(xué)檢驗(yàn)技術(shù)專業(yè)教學(xué)改革的意義、現(xiàn)存問題與優(yōu)化路徑，以期為高職學(xué)校的醫(yī)學(xué)檢驗(yàn)技術(shù)專業(yè)教學(xué)改革實(shí)踐提供一定的理論和實(shí)踐參考，助推中國(guó)職業(yè)教育質(zhì)量和水平提升。

Teaching Reform Approach for Medical Laboratory Technology Major in Higher Vocational Education Based on the "Job Course Competition Certificate" Education Model

Abstract With the continuous development of the Chinese economy and the upgrading of industrial structure， the demand for high-quality technical and skilled talents is increasing day by day. Based on this， the article explores the significance， existing problems， and optimization paths of the teaching reform of medical laboratory technology major in higher vocational colleges based on the "job course competition certificate" education model， in order to provide theoretical and practical references for the teaching reform practice of medical laboratory technology major in higher vocational schools， and help promote the improvement of the quality and level of vocational education in China.
