高校輔導(dǎo)員自我效能感提升路徑探析

摘 要 提升高校輔導(dǎo)員自我效能感有助于提高其工作的穩(wěn)定性、持續(xù)性，促進(jìn)其專業(yè)化、職業(yè)化發(fā)展。文章在分析高校輔導(dǎo)員自我效能感現(xiàn)狀的基礎(chǔ)上，探討高校輔導(dǎo)員自我效能感的提升路徑，旨在解決高校輔導(dǎo)員面臨的專業(yè)迷茫、職業(yè)發(fā)展前景模糊，職責(zé)多重、事務(wù)工作負(fù)擔(dān)沉重，動(dòng)能不足、制度建設(shè)有待完善等問題。

Abstract Enhancing the self-efficacy of college counselors can help improve the stability and sustainability of their work， and promote their professional and professional development. On the basis of analyzing the current situation of self-efficacy of college counselors， this article explores the path to improving self-efficacy of college counselors， aiming to solve the difficulties faced by college counselors such as professional confusion， vague career development prospects， multiple responsibilities， heavy workload， insufficient motivation， and incomplete institutional construction.
