摘  要:在如今國(guó)家戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃和產(chǎn)業(yè)進(jìn)步急需高水平創(chuàng)新人才之際,改革專業(yè)學(xué)位研究生培養(yǎng)機(jī)制迫在眉睫。該文分析專業(yè)學(xué)位研究生培養(yǎng)產(chǎn)教融合現(xiàn)狀及存在的問(wèn)題,提出多維協(xié)同培養(yǎng)模式,并以水利類專業(yè)為例介紹實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗(yàn)及成效,為提升專業(yè)學(xué)位研究生培養(yǎng)過(guò)程中的產(chǎn)教融合水平提供思路。

Abstract: Nowadays, when the national strategic planning and industrial progress urgently need high-level innovative talents. It is urgent to reform the cultivation mechanism of professional degree graduate students, this paper analyzes the status quo of industry-teaching integration of professional degree graduate education and the existing problems, proposes a multi-dimensional collaborative cultivation model, and introduces the practical experience and effectiveness with water conservancy as an example to provide ideas for the enhancement of the industry-teaching integration in the cultivation process of professional degree graduate students. The study provides ideas for improving the level of industry-teaching integration in the cultivation of professional degree graduate students.
