強化地方高校研究生科研創(chuàng)新能力培養(yǎng)研究

摘  要：該文旨在探討如何強化地方高校研究生科研創(chuàng)新能力的培養(yǎng)。通過分析地方高校在研究生科研創(chuàng)新能力培養(yǎng)中面臨的問題，提出針對性的策略和措施，包括優(yōu)化課程體系、加強導(dǎo)師隊伍建設(shè)、營造創(chuàng)新氛圍、創(chuàng)新激勵和評價機制等，以提高地方高校研究生的科研創(chuàng)新水平，為地方經(jīng)濟社會發(fā)展提供有力的人才支持。

Abstract： The purpose of this paper is to explore how to strengthen the cultivation of scientific research innovation ability of graduate students in local colleges and universities. By analyzing the problems faced by local colleges and universities in the training of graduate research innovation ability， this paper puts forward targeted strategies and measures， including optimizing the curriculum system， strengthening the construction of the tutor team， improving the scientific research platform， creating the innovation atmosphere， innovation incentive and evaluation mechanism， etc.， in order to improve the scientific research innovation level of graduate students in local colleges and universities， and provide powerful talent support for local economic and social development.
