摘  要：將過程管理理論運用到學生黨建實踐基地建設(shè)和運行中，使教育與實踐相結(jié)合，實現(xiàn)學生黨建實踐基地建設(shè)的科學化水平，使高校學生黨建實踐教育工作推陳出新，促進工作提升，達到培養(yǎng)學生的最終目的。

Abstract： In this paper we apply the process management to the construction and management of the Student Party Practice Base. In this way the education and the practice can be combined; the scientific level of the Student Party Practice base raised; innovation achieved; and ultimately， students can be cultivated.
