“金教鞭”教學(xué)質(zhì)量評(píng)價(jià)工程體系的構(gòu)建與實(shí)踐

摘 要:教師授課的好壞是決定教學(xué)質(zhì)量高低的關(guān)鍵性指標(biāo)。“金教鞭”工程就是基于授課質(zhì)量評(píng)估,將好的教學(xué)方法、教學(xué)藝術(shù)進(jìn)行示范性傳授,以培養(yǎng)年輕教師的手段。文章旨在探索一種以學(xué)生受益效果為主要指標(biāo)的授課質(zhì)量監(jiān)管評(píng)價(jià)體系,以促進(jìn)教學(xué)質(zhì)量提高。

Abstract: The teaching quality of a teacher is a key indicator that determines the quality of teaching. The "Golden Pointer" project is based on the assessment of the quality of teaching, demonstrative teaching of excellent teaching methods and teaching art in order to train young teachers. The paper aims to explore a teaching quality supervision and evaluation system with the benefit of students as the main indicator, so as to promote the improvement of teaching quality.
