Abstract：Thefinancial management of universities notonly involves complex fund flows，but also needs to balance multiplegoals suchas educational development，scientificresearch innovation，and social services.With the continuous expansion of higher educationand the increasing complexityof financial management，the demand for refinedfinancialmanagement inuniversities is becoming increasingly prominent，and the limitationsoftraditional financial management modelsare further highlighted.The adventof the digital agehas driven profound changes in financial management inuniversities，and the financial shared servicemodel，asanimportant innovation in modern universityfinancial management，hasdemonstrated greatadvantages.Thisarticlemainlyanalyzesthecharacteristics offinancial management inuniversities，proposes the advantages and specificoptimization strategies offinancial sharingoptimizationintheeraof digitalization，inorder toimprovetheleveloffinancialmanagementandlayasolid foundation for the high-quality development of universities.
