On the Way of Information Project Management

Abstract： This article is basedon the author's practice and understanding of information project management in recent years.Taking software projects as an example，the focus of information project management is summarized as follows： project management should achieve one understanding，two knowledge，three skils，four checks，and ten management，aiming to provide reference forinformationproject management and the value ofinformationsystems.
