Abstract：As an important provider of information technology and communication services，the systematic benefit evaluation of telecommunications enterprises is of great significance for their strategic decisionmaking， resource alocation，and sustainable development.This article aims toconstruct a telecommunications enterprisesystem benefit evaluation modeland indicator evaluation system based onmultidimensional analysis of system investment. Through in-depth analysis of multiple dimensions such as resources，technology，market，and management invested intelecommunications enterprisesystems，thisarticle proposesacomprehensiveevaluationmodelanddesignsacoesponding indicator evaluation system.This model can comprehensivelyreflect the economic，social，and technological benefits of telecommunications enterprise systems，providing scientific basis for decision support and performance evaluation of enterprises.
