Abstract： With the widespread application of information technology in libraries，information security risks arebecoming increasingly prominent.Basedontheperspectiveofrisk management，thisarticleanalyzes thedefinition andtypesof library information securityrisks， including technical risksand management risks.From the technical level （network securityprotection，data backup and recovery，system security management）and management level （developing informationscuritymanagement systems，strengthening informationsecuritysupervision），itelaborates indetailnhe construction strategyoflibraryinformation securityframework，aiming toprovidereference for libraries toeectively prevent information security risks，ensure information asset security，and improve information service quality.
