Abstract： The digital procesing of personnel files for mobile personnelis a significant development and progress in personnelfile managementin the informationage.Itcanefectivelyimprove thequalityandefficiencyof personnel file management formobilepersonnel，bettermanageand serve them，andeffectivelyachieve therational allocation of high-qualitytalents.So，itisof great practicalsignificancetostrengthen thedigital processingofpersonel files for mobile personnel inthe information age.This article analyzes the focus and significance of digital processing of personnel files for mobile personnel，elaborates on some posible problems in the work，and proposes detailed solutions， hoping to improve the digital processing of personnel files for mobile personnel.
