Application Research of "Dual Circulation" Mechanism in Improving the Accuracy of Main Diagnostic Codes on the First Page of Inpatient Medical Records：

Abstract： This article mainly analyzes the application value of the "dual circulation" mechanism in improving the accuracy of the main diagnostic codes on the homepage of inpatient medical records.The method is to use a random number table to group a total of 2 40O medical records entered into the medical record management system ofXiamenUniversityAfliated Womenand Children's Hospital from January202ltoFebruary2023.Thecontrol group was managed using conventional methods，while the observation group was managed using a "dual circulation" mechanism.Analyze the factors that affect the accuracyof the main diagnostic codes，the types of defects before implementing the "dual cycle" mechanism，the quality of the two main diagnosticcodes，and the number of medical records.The "dual circulation" mechanism mode can effectively improve the accuracy of the main diagnostic codes on the first page of inpatient medical records and enhance the quality of medical record management.
