Abstract： The rapid development of hospital intelligent medical system and its data integration ability are graduall improving the efciency of medical diagnosis and treatment.By integrating and analyzing multi-source data， intelligent medical systems can provide more accurate and rapid decision support， improve the accuracy of diagnosis and the level of personalized treatment.This paper analyzes the impactof data integration in intellgent medical systemonimproving diagnosisandtreatmenteficiencyincluding the technicalmeansofdataintegration，practical cases in clinical application， and possible challenges and prospects.
